STW-11 retaining ring (C-ring) for the JET JSG-96 combination belt and disc sander, used at one of the shaft-retention positions called out on the JSG-96 schematic. OEM JET part; remove and install with retaining-ring pliers, never bend past the spec'd opening or the ring loses its preload.
