Motor start capacitor (125 VAC, 200 MFD) for JET JBG-6B, JBG-8B and JBG-10B bench grinders — the second-generation JBG series. Supplies the phase-shifted current pulse the single-phase motor uses to break inertia and reach operating RPM. OEM replacement — power off and discharge the capacitor across a bleed resistor before swapping.
