The JET GH-1340 brings 13x40 capacity and a 13" swing to shops that can't afford downtime, combining rigid cast iron construction with industry-standard safety equipment.

With 39" between centers and a 2" spindle bore, the GH-1340 handles longer workpieces and larger stock than typical shop lathes in its class, reducing re-chucking and secondary operations.

Behind the headstock sits a 2 HP Single-Phase motor, and with 8 spindle speeds across 90-2000 RPM, operators can dial in the right speed for nearly any material.

This particular GH-1340 package is equipped with a Newall NMS800 digital readout for precise, at-a-glance positioning that reduces reliance on manual dial counting.
