Built around a 26" swing and 26x80 capacity, the JET GH-2680ZH Large Spindle Bore ZH Industrial Gear Head Lathe gives operators the rigidity and control needed for demanding, repeatable turning work.

A 4-1/2" spindle bore and 80" between centers put the GH-2680ZH ahead of comparable lathes, letting larger-diameter material pass through the headstock while supporting long-bed turning operations.

Power comes from a 15 HP Three-Phase motor feeding a 12-speed gear head (10-1000 RPM), delivering steady torque across a wide range of turning, facing, and threading operations.

This configuration of the GH-2680ZH adds a Newall NMS800 digital readout for precise, at-a-glance positioning that reduces reliance on manual dial counting, and a taper attachment kit for accurate, repeatable taper turning independent of the compound slide.
